Slow Food : The Health Benefits of Thai Food

        Do you know what is “Slow Food”?        Slow Food is the word we use to call the food that cook from good ingredients and cook meticulously. Slow Food not only good taste but also healthy.        What you think about Thai food?               Greasy food? Spicy food? But I think in the different way. I think Thai food is healthy food.         Nowadays Thai people are want to be healthy. but they don't eat Thai food. They think Thai food is greasy food but Thai food is a slow food too for example Tom Yum Kung, Thai green curry. It's already known that many of the fresh herbs and spices used in Thai cooking. Thai ingredients have numerous health benefits and immune-boosting power. To maximize these benefits, I recommend cooking your Thai food from scratch. Not just you know the ingredients are fresh and good but you can spend time with your family. It’s can make you have a good relationship with family.          In Tom Yum Kung we used Lemongrass. Practice in front of a mirror or even video yourself. Structure of a presentation A presentation: has an introduction, body and conclusion  may include visual aids  is usually followed by questions and discussions  may also have a handout for the audience to take away. Introduction The introduction should orient the audience to your subject and purpose. To capture interest and set up rapport, it should tell the audience what to expect.  Be sure to carefully define the central point (or thesis) that is the basis of your talk and ensure that your supporting argument or information relates closely to it.  If you are not proceeding from an already written assignment, it might help to think of your introduction as funnel-shaped, with the content coming out of the funnel.
