Slow Food is the word we use to call the food that cook from good ingredients and cook meticulously. Slow Food not only good taste but also healthy.
What you think about Thai food?
Greasy food? Spicy food?
But I think in the different way. I think Thai food is healthy food.
Nowadays Thai people are want to be healthy. but they don't eat Thai food. They think Thai food is greasy food but Thai food is a slow food too for example Tom Yum Kung, Thai green curry. It's already known that many of the fresh herbs and spices used in Thai cooking. Thai ingredients have numerous health benefits and immune-boosting power. To maximize these benefits, I recommend cooking your Thai food from scratch. Not just you know the ingredients are fresh and good but you can spend time with your family. It’s can make you have a good relationship with family.
In Tom Yum Kung we used Lemongrass. It's a lemony herb is used extensively in Thai cooking. It has also been used since ancient times in Chinese medicine for flus and colds, fevers , headaches, abdominal pain and other stomach conditions, arthritis and fungal conditions. next is coconut milk, In recent years, coconut milk has given a bad reputation. In fact, it is extremely healthy. Yes, coconut milk and oil contain fat - but this is good, not bad fat. Contrary to what you might believe. Coconut milk lowers bad cholesterol (LDL), while promoting good cholesterol boosts immunity modulates metabolic functions provides valuable fatty acids which most people in the West are lacking fights aging. another ingredient is Chilies. recent human studies show that eating chillies helps you sleep better, keeps your heart healthy, and help maintain consistent insulin and glucose levels.
